Has anybody used this herb?
How did you take it? How much did you take? Over what period? What were the results?
I'm especially interested in peoples experience using it with alcohol.
Kudzu / Ge gen with alcohol?
A 1993 study involving Kudzu showed that both daidzin and daidzein (active constituents) inhibit the desire for alcohol. The authors concluded the root extract may be useful for reducing the urge for alcohol and as treatment for alcoholism.
